The sources of information I utilize in the art of strength and muscular development come from weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, modern physical therapy, and scientific research. My integrative approach is all about simple, sane, and PRODUCTIVE training, using sensible training tools and crude homemade equipment that take up little space.
Keep in mind, my training methodologies will only work for SERIOUS TRAINEES who have the COURAGE, PATIENCE, DETERMINATION, and a deep burning desire to attain striking muscle mass and raw functional power.

1) I emphasize perfect technique over specific routines and workouts.
2) I teach effective breathing techniques to minimize spinal load and amplify strength.
3) I stress the concept of "Linkage" as well as other strength increasing reflexes.
4) Introductory trainees are scrutinized for imbalances in muscular strength, mobility, and stability and assigned corrective strategies.
